Wife and I somehow sharing an account

Hi,

Using Premium for Family, I set up separate accounts (or thought I did) for my wife, my daughter, and myself. My daughter's is working fine. But my wife and I still seem to be sharing an account. I can't use Spotify if she's using it, and vice versa. Also, I can see what she's playing (or has played) on my phone. She has her own login and username, etc. Any idea why this might be happening?  Thanks.

It looks like your wife is logging in your account.

Please click here to see all member's credentials. Then double check if your she's logging in with her own username.
