Premium for family - Can't invite

Premium for family - Can't invite

Purchased premium for family (was already premium).  Email directs me to invite, but blank screen (no option to invite).  Anyone else having this problem?  Suggestions?

Hello @hans4231

 

That is pretty common problem and its easy to fix. Please try to open the family subscription page with different browser or by using incognito/private mode in your current one. Sometimes there is a problem with browser cache or cookies and this usually fixes it.
