Hello, I added my two sons & husband as you can add up to 5 people who lives st the same address. The links are sent to them with a password however when the click the button w Spotify it takes them to a log in which requires username & password, the password sent to then doesn’t work so I have to give them my password. Where do they enter there password given to them? Also we all can’t go on Spotify at the same time, when I go on I get interrupted coz my son signs on & plays his **bleep** music. Can u assist us? I joined us on the family premium on the idea that we can play our music at the same time. Look forward to hearing from you soon.

The code that they've received in the invitation email is not a password — it's their personal invite code.

When they're prompted to log in, they need to log into their own account. If they don't have an account yet, they'll need to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup first.
