My Question or Issue

My daughter accepted premium family but the app in her Android phone is not changed accordingly. So she stil cant use the family spotify. In My account she is listed as a member so that part of the proces has gone Allright.

Please have your daughter log out and back in as it might "shake things up" and solve it.

 

However, it's important to visit the account overview page and check for the current subscription status.

 

In addition, use this help page to make sure she does not hold a second account and that she's indeed logged into the correct one.
