Premium just Got cut off?

Hi,

after more than a year Premium Family my account is just set Back to Free?

all members lost their playlists. 

 

How can this happen? Paying by creditcard each Month. 

Spotify Please restore my settings.

Same problem happen to me!!

We lost offline playlist data!! 

me too! my subscription still says "Premium" and my music is playing because I am on Wi-Fi but ads keep playing over my music!!
