My Question or Issue

I can't log in on my account with the spotify app, it says that premium stopped even though I still have premium on my pc and the lite version of the app. 

And when I go to my account from the spotify website it also says that premium stopped too, i tried to fix the payment problem and then I get that I already have premium. 

It makes no sense, can someone tell me what I can do? Sorry for my english.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

If your family subscription was canceled due to a failed payment in the past, the account may be on pause and in this case we recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support team via one of the channels here about this. They should be able take a closer look into your account and check what exactly is going on.

As much as we'd like to offer you additional help, we can't make any account related actions here in the Community as we don't have access to the necessary tools to look further into this.
