My Question or Issue

I have just started hosting a Ukrainian refugee.  When she clicked put in my address to join my family premium account, it said she was in the wrong country and she should try again once she was at my address.  But she IS at my address.  So how do I add her to my plan?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I'd recommend making sure that the country setting of the Family plan owner's account and the accounts that are trying to join match. This can be done at https://spotify.com/account.

 

You/they can learn how to update the country setting at https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/.

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

Make sure her account has her country set to the same country as you.  Ie. If you both live in the UK, she likely has to change her country from Ukraine to UK.
