Problems with premium family

Problems with premium family

I need help, two people from my family plan are often unlinked, we created another account for them and after a few days again the same problem happens, could anyone help me?

Hey @vhendala, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same billing address as stated on our T&Cs.

 

If they aren't able to validate the email address, they won't be able to join at all. In this case, they can still get the regular Premium subscription here.
