Bonjour, j'ai un compte spotify famille,  il s’est interrompu alors que je n’ai rien demandé et que je n’ai jamais eu de problème de paiement. Que dois je faire pour que mon abonnement se réactive tel qu'il était? 

Merci de m'informer de la raison de cette interruption.

Mon compte dépend de l'adresse mail: *snip*

Hey @bengalowzen, welcome to the community!

 

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Let's try following these sugestions to see if you have a different Spotify account. You could be logging in the wrong account, which is why you can't see the subscription.

 

If you only have one account, try logging in here to check if the subscription was renewed on time, there should be a receipt generated for each month of the Family plan you've paid for.

 

In case there isn't a receipt, you can resubscribe here, but you'll need to invite your family members from scratch.
