Problems with premium family

Problems with premium family

Hello, I’m having problems to add my sister in the family plan. She received an email where Spotify was not able to verify the address and now I can’t add her again. We live at the same house so I don’t know what this happened. What do I have to do? Thanks.

Hey @Aaron_ariasbe, welcome to the community!

 

If you're both living in the same physical address, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to send her a new invitation. Also, ask her to do the same before accepting the invite to see if it helps.
