Problems with the connections in the family plan

Problems with the connections in the family plan

Problems to use spotify two members of the family plan at the same time. For some reason, our devices are tied together. If I play something on mine, it stops what the others device listening and plays my music. The same things happens the other way around the other accounts. This just started after to upgraded to family plan. Is imposible to use spotify in this way.

Hey @gabimontone,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
