Minha pergunta é sobre perfis de uso dentro do mesmo usuário.

Acredito que deva haver vários perfis dentro do mesmo usuário. Por exemplo, se eu ouvir música com minha filha, usaria um perfil infantil. Minha filha não tem nem 1 ano, então não tem como ter uma conta só para ela. Eu uso para o trabalho, então o perfil seria de um tipo diferente. Para uso pessoal durante o tempo livre, eu usaria um perfil diferente.

Afinal, somos muitos em uma só pessoa.

Deveria haver um perfil de mãe, um perfil profissional e somente eu.

I understand you want the ability to have a separate child profile within your own profile.

I can inform you that a Spotify Family subscription offers Spotify Kids in Brazil. Spotify Kids is an app that is designed for children in two age brackets – 6 and under and from 5 to 12. You can find more information on this page and this page.

I understand that the cost in price for a Spotify Family subscription may be a big jump from Spotify Individual. So, an alternative could be to make a Kids Playlist, and exclude this from your taste profile. You can read how to do this on this page.
