I have the same problem. I invited my mother and brother, they didn't verify their location, and now they cannot join to my family plan. How can I invite them?

Hi! Having same  problem here in Sweden! I have exact same adress registrered for my son as where me and my wife live, but it only sais that Spotify could not verify the correct address. It really sucks, is has been 6 months now, and no help or information regarding solving this issue. Please let me know if you find a way!?

I even started a premium account for him one month to see if it was easier to sync the family accounts, but...oh no, not working that way either....

In another post: (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Premium-for-Family-Student/Problema-plan-familiar/m-p/1671284#M3858) they say that we have to cancel our subcription, and get a new one. They say: 'cancel the subscription and immediatly repurchase'. Perfect, but.. what if they charge me twice? another issue..

 

I don't know, I will give it a try. But may not work.

OK, Great, that is at least one possible way to go I will try it! Thank you very much!

Guys!! I have one type of solution, it works. I realized that everybody I invited, had their accounts created using Facebook. Don't do that!. Just take your time and create a Spotify account. Focus on "zip code" <-- Very important!

 

If both zip codes doesn't match, it won't work. Facebook doesn't have your zip code, that's my theory.
