Não consigo entrar no plano familiar mesmo morando na mesma casa que minha irmão, titular da conta.

Por favor, já tentei inumeras vezes e não consigo entrar no plano familiar. Minha irmã já me mandou convite, porém fica aparecendo que eu não moro na mesma casa, o que não é verdade....

i did trial. canceled before 30 days. i was still charged. NO ONE TO CONTACT. THIS IS SO LOUSY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. GIVE PPL ACCESS TO A HUMAN. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM SO UPSET.
