Redeeming code for family premium

I have received the invite to join family premium bit every time I click on the link there is no option to redeem the sent code? Please can you help ? Thanks suzy

Hi Reece, 

If you're already subscribed to Spotify Premium through your broadband provider or other services (e.g. iTunes), you need to cancel your subscription with them to join Premium for Family.

If you already have an account, please cancel this one and then click the redeem code again to sign up to the family plan.
