Unable to Remove Family Member from Plan - No Remove option

My Question or Issue I am the family plan manager. I am unable to remove a member. When I follow the steps to remove a member, all I see are: Allow Explicit Content and Invite a Member. There is no remove option available to me. What do I do?

The plan manager can add or remove members on their Family page.

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Subscription, choose Manage members.
3. Select the option to either invite or remove members.

I've attempted to do this numerous times on different devices, the option to remove someone isn't available. I have a random phone # on my account and it's not mine. I need to have them removed

Thanks for reaching out.

You should be able to remove them from the plan by following these steps:

1. Head to this page and click on the arrow next to the user you'd like to remove from your plan.
2. Then, click on the Invite button.
3. Then click on the Remove & Invite button.

Could you make sure you're logging in to the correct account as the plan manager? It's also worth opening the Family page link on another device to see if everything looks good there.

If the issue persists, feel free to share a screenshot which shows how the page appears on your end. Just make sure to cover any private/sensitive info such as names, addresses, etc.

I am sure that I did what the support page told me to do.
By the time I post it, there is no way to exclude family members there.
It's a simple thing. There is no exclude/remove/delete button.

Hi, I have the same problem in that there's no option to remove a family member, but different from the above posts, in that the option simply isn't listed. 

Tried Safari and Chrome. Same deal. All software up to date on a macbook pro.

I have exactly the same problem. My daughter changed her email address and has not more access to the old account 😕

So I want to remove her account and invite her again with the new address.

For me, there is no "option to either invite or remove members" at all; on my family plan page and I am the manager.

Same here, we can not remove a family member, but we have managed to send space crafts to Mars, which is over 140 million km away (give or take), but we can't seem to remove a family member. Maybe we should be getting Space X to run Spotify?
