My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps reminding me that my Family Plan is going to end soon, and that I should subscribe if I want to keep it. But when I click on 'subscribe' it doesn't let me choose Family Premium, only the other plans. I already tried to do it on laptop but the result is the same. I don't want the accounts under my plan to lose their benefits, so how can I renew the plan?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Just to confirm, were you trying to change the plan from your account page? Could you try renewing your Family subscription via this link? Note that if you previously subscribed to Spotify via one-time payment, but you'd like to switch to a recurring payment method instead, you'll need to wait for the current plan to expire first.

 

Also, make sure the region for the webpage is set properly. You can do so from the menu located at the bottom right corner, or by heading here.

 

 

If you're using a VPN, I'd recommend disabling it as well.
