Resend address verification email

 Hi

My girlfriend and I have a Family Subscription. Last week, I received and email saying she needed to confirm her address (to confirm we live together), and telling to not do anything.

Little did I know that email to her was sent to an old email address she doesn't use anymore, and she's lost Premium, with no option whatsoever.

I've also tried sending an invite to join the Family Plan to her actual email, which she's changed on Spotify, but it won't let her.

Is there anything I can do that DOES NOT involve her creating a new account?
