Shared playlist appearing on one kids account, but not the other

I've made a playlist on my account to share with my kids. Both kids have an ipad with the spotify kids app running and each their own account. On one account, the playlist shows up and on the other it does not no matter what i try. It doesn't matter what ipad we're on, Kid 1 gets the playlist, and kid 2 does not.

Thanks for reaching out & sorry to see this has been going on!

Have you tried marking the playlist as public from your own account outside of the Kids app? I've seen this help out before so it can be worth the shot! In case it works, see if marking it private afterwards and continuing its management from the Kids app would make a difference 🙂 

An alternative approach would be to copy the playlist contents on a desktop device with Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C and to paste it in a new playlist with Ctrl+V. After this is done, check if sharing the new playlist will work for both of the Kids accounts. In case the same error persists, you can try sharing playlist 1 with account 1 and doing the same with playlist 2 and account 2. The downside is that you would have to update both playlists separately if you wish for them to remain the same.
