Can't add or edit family members in Premium Family plan

I am trying to add a family member who lives at the same address as me, (I'm the account holder), but on the "manage members" page: https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/family/

...there is just a list of members, but no clickable link or button that would allow me to do anything such as add/edit/remove.

What's going on with that.?

My first guess is that you're not logging in your account. You're probably in some member's account accidentally.

So I suggest you to log out and double check your log in credentials before trying again.

Oh! Almost. I'm logged in as me, but I'm not the account manager. D'oh etc. Thanks anyway
