Spotify Family Anmelden von Familienmitglieder

Ich habe heute Spotify Premium auf Premium Family geändert.

Bei meinem Sohn hat es funktioniert.

Bei Frau und Tochter habe ich ein seltsames Problem. Für meine Tochter habe

ich eine neue Mailadresse registriert und wir haben ihren alten, kostenlosen

Spotify Account gelöscht (dachten wir zumindest). Wir haben versucht sie

registrieren, kommen auch immer bis zu Ende, bei dem man bestätigt dass man kein

Robot ist und drückt auf registrieren. Es passiert nichts, ausser dass der Haken beim

robot wieder weg ist. Das haben wir immer wieder probiert, gleiches Ergebnis.

Meine Frau kann sich anmelden, landet aber im alten Account meiner Tochter.

Beim ersten Start der App tauch auch die Mailadresse meiner Tochter auf???

Hope you don't mind us replying in English as it's the Community's official language.
 

Make sure each family member is logged in to their correct account. The two users need to log out from Spotify, each on their own individual device. Then they should log back in, making sure they enter the correct login credentials for their account.

 

You can tell which account you’re logged in by looking at your Spotify username (which you'll find here in your Account page under Profile).

 

Once your wife and daughter are logged in to their own accounts, let them try accepting the invite again in a private/incognito window. If that doesn't do the trick, we'll provide you with further help.

but the Problem is th same. We use the incognito window, and after the robot hook we
press on Register. The the hook dissapers again 😞

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. 

 

Have you got the possibility to log the users in to their account on another device just to check if they observe the same?

 

If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that the original device they use is up to speed with any software updates available.
