Spotify Kids - won't let me log in despite me having a premium account

I have a Spotify premium family account. My partner is set up and now I am trying to set up account for my daughter who is 4 so my account isn't ruined by frozen songs. I have downloaded the Spotify Kids app on the ipad, when i log in, its says that I'll need to subscribe to Premium family in order to get spotify kids. I am a premium family member. But seemingly can't create a kids account on spotify kids despite having the premium account. 

Can anyone help?

If you're getting this error message, you've probably logged in a free account on your iPad. Please log out and log back in using the email address/username you see registered on your account page on your other devices.
