Spotify family error

saya bergabung di spotify family, namun kemarin tiba2 saya menjadi free.. apa yang harus saya lakukan?

bisakah saya mendapatkan email CS atau nomert telefon spotify indonesia agar prosesnya bisa lebih cepat dalam memperbaikinya?
