Wont take my money

Y can't I pay for my family plan? I've tried 2 different cards that I've used before and cards fr friends and still won't take my money. I want to take to someone and can't find the option to do so. I'm about to delete Spotify off my phone and deal with a different music app! I have deleted my subscription and try the free one and it still not working for me.

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when you try paying for Premium for Family? Do you have any trouble signing up using an incognito window?
