Spotify family

Hello!

I have tried too log on spotify with 4 other family members, but failed and dont know how to do it.

I have sent an invite and i have opened the email and confirmed. But nothing happened. Does all members have to log on spotify premium and enter creditcard details?? If so, how can I be asure that I only pay for one spotify family when I need to sign in 5 members on my credit card?? Is it so then that my child at the age of nine can log on to her account on spotify family and change MY creditcard and other account details??

Making spotify family is so difficut I am thinking of making another music account.

Hey Kristian,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble managing your Family plan. Don't worry! The community is here to help.

I highly suggest to resend again the invitation to your Family member. If the person accepting the invite is doing so on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.

Also, no need to enter the payment method on each accounts.

Hi I am having the same problems... have had Premium family now for at least 1.5 years but have not managed to invite any family member. Sooooo frustrating AND expensive! Once the invite is sent and received by my kids and click on "accept invitation" it goes to the Login page.do they then login with their own email? Or do they have to create their own account, by clicking on "sign Up" ? And if they have to create their own account first, their age limit is lower than allowed by Spotify (12 and 14 years). How do you sign in?  Where and at what stage of the signing in process is the invitation code required?  I must say, SPOTIFY, we have spent already so much time trying to get this all worked out, but all failed. I will not continue to pay 18$ every month for just being able to use it for only one user.
