Spotify won't recognise that I share the same address as that of my family

Every time I enter the address of the residence in order to access the family plan I am informed that I am not in the same residence, when I am. Please help.

Having the same problem to add my wife and teens to the account. Very annoying. Should be something simple. Paying for two months the family account subscription and am still a single user even though address is 100% match.

This type of issue could be related to different reasons. The most common one is that each account has different countries registered on the account (even living together). In this case, we'd first recommend to the other user to check if the country matches with the owner's account by following the steps in this article.

If the country matches, it's possible that the address registered on the plan is not being recognized by the system. In this scenario, we'd suggest updating the address of the plan by following the steps in this article. Keep in mind that this can only be done by the plan’s owner.

If the issue persists, since it could be account-related, and we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the accounts and help you further.
