Switch from individua to family

Hello Spotify,

i just signed up for premium individual plan, then my family liked spotify better than apple music, so now i want to add them to my plan as well, and make a premium spotify family account. Once i go to setting, it doesnt let me change that. Is that because im on free trial for 3 months? I wonder why its not working. I have stored my payment details on account. Please help. All what i wanna add is my mom and my dad. Thank you
