I got the family premium plan. When I logged in I couldn’t remember my laptops free version password so I logged in with my same email address and my phone number.

Now
If I sign in with my email address and password then I have all my previous playlists but I’m not on premium

Or

If I sign in with my email address and phone number then I have no Previous playlists But I have premium

My Question or Issue

We'd suggest you start off by clicking here and resetting the password for the old account. Then you can go ahead and check this article on how to transfer your old playlists to the new account. That way you can enjoy your favorite jams and see the Premium features.

 

After that you can follow the steps mentioned in the article and close the old account to avoid any future confusion.
