Unable To Join Family Plan

I am trying to join my spouse’s family plan. He is able to send the link to join, but when I try to open I get a Spotify link it repeatedly says “404s and Heartbreak” that the page is not found.

The link he shared may be incomplete, as it should contain some random letters and numbers at the end. I recommend asking him to create another invite, but this time in another browser and possibly on another device. 🙂
