Unable to add a family member.

I send an invite to my family member, when that person accepts the invitation, it proceeds to go to the main account page and does not allow that person to sign up for their own account.  Is there another way I can add them?

Hey @carmined411,

Make sure that no one's logged into the Spotify.com website when the family member tries to accept the invite.
