My Question or Issue

We moved from Chile to Vietnam and I wanted to update my payment details in order to use a Vietnam Credit Card. I had Premium Family plan linked to my Chile credit card. While doing the change, the only option the system alloed me to choose was Premium (personal) and I got a message saying that, from next month, all my family members will loss access to my subscription. How can I fix this issue? I just want to pay my family plan with a local credit card.

Unfortunately, Premium for Family is not supported in Vietnam so the only option you can choose is the regular Premium subscription.
