Want to change subscription type

Is it possible to change my subscription to the family combo a day after being charged for the month?

e.g. 19 March - charged full premium

20 March - wants to change premium plan

is it possible to get a refund and pay for a family subscription?

Hey @tedsee,

Please take a look at this Spotify Family Q&A. There it says:

"When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time that you've already paid for will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription, so this can bring your next payment date forward. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page."

So there is no need to stop your subscription or a refund, I think.

Thank you for your reply. How does the conversion work? Must I be the one subscribing for the family subscription in order for the conversion to work, or my family can just add me into the plan and the conversion will happen automatically?
