Want to switch from Premium Family to Premium Duo

My Question or Issue

When I started Spotify Premium back in 2018, there was no Duo option, that's why I have the Family account, which I don't really need (we are just two people). Somehow I can not switch to Duo option? When I want to change my plan, there are just the options "student" (I am no student) an "Spotify free". 
How do I downgrade from family to duo? Someone please help!

Thanks for the post.

Since you're not seeing the Duo option, you might have to cancel your Family subscription first, wait until your account reverts to the free service and then sigh up for Premium Duo.

Once you cancel your subscription, your account will revert to free on the next billing date. The same goes for the account of your friend. When that happens your account will stay the same, all your Library will be kept intact, only offline music will need to be redownloaded. Once that is done, you can sign up for the Duo and send and invite to your friend.

You're most likely not seeing the option to change the subscription to Duo, because the system assumes that there are more than two people on your Family plan currently, and doesn't show it as an option.
