My Question or Issue

 

Help i didnt recieve the email from spitify telling me to update my location. So now after 7 days i got kicked out of our family plan without a warning. I can‘t find anything on the Support platforms.

My son didn't updated his info in the link that Spotify sent to validate some information and he is now out of the family premium plan, what can I do to include him again?
