We can't add family members & always says address wrong although right

We can't add family members & always says address wrong although right

We have a family account and want to add more members. But it always sends the new member to the payment site. We also moved countries, so it gets even more messy. I am reading the posts, but it does not really work for us as it seems there are many things coming together at once.

 

I need someone looking at the account and then help me changing various things at once to unlock all the blocks on the way.

We'd first recommend making sure to check out the suggestions in this article if a member can't join your plan. If these don't do the trick, you can reach out to our Support team via any of the private channels here so your account can be checked and any necessary changes can be made, if possible.
