Went from Duo to Family plan, and playlist info lost

Went from Duo to Family plan, and playlist info lost

Hello! 

 

I was on a duo account and upgraded to family premium. My sister was on my duo account and then re-invited to family account, but when she joined our family she lost all of her playlist data. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Changing the subscription doesn't remove any saved content. If your sister can't find her playlists, it's most likely because she joined your Family plan with a different account than the one she was using for your Duo plan.

 

She can try locating her other account by following the recommendations in this FAQ article. Once she finds the correct account, you can remove her from the Family plan and invite her again with these steps so she can join with the account where her playlists are.
