What do you do with the invite code

I have sent the invites out and they have been revived however when we click confirm invite it just takes the user to my account as the main user?? Where do we put the code they received?

when open the links,

please try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
