Why can't I joint a Family Plan? After adding address - "Problem occurred".

I have a duo plan, but would like to join a family plan as we moved back to our family house. But always when I type the address and confirm it, it says that "A problem has occurred. Please try again later.". But it's been more than a month already... How can I solve this problem, please?

Thanks for reaching out.


You'll first need to cancel your Premium Duo plan and wait for it to end. Once your account is back on Spotify Free, you should be able to accept the Premium Family invite. 🙂
