Why did I get an email saying that my premium plan is going to end?

Why did I get an email saying that my premium plan is going to end?

I'm the plan manager for my family's Spotify Family Plan. One day, I got an email saying that I cancelled the plan and so did the rest of the plan members. However, I didn't cancel and my account still says it'll be charged in the next monthly cycle. I initially ignored the first email thinking it was sent in error. Now, I've received another email saying that the plan will end in 8 days. The plan still says it'll roll over and charge me on the date it's supposedly meant to end.
