Address verification

Just upgraded to family and it won’t accept any address we try for my family members. Also doesn’t give me the option to update my own address

You should be able to check and change your address on your Premium Family page. 🙂 If your family members who are trying to join the plan are seeing any error message(s), please share it here.

A mi me pasa que un nuevo miembro de mi familia le aparece direccion incorrecta, pero la verifico y es nuestra direccion

Tengo miedo que si pongo modificar direccion con una de las que sugiere spotify me marque el mismo error a todos los demas miembros de mi plan y no puedan unirse al plan en 12 meses

Thanks for your reply in this thread. We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

In this case, we'd recommend updating the address on your account from this link. That doesn't mean you have to enter a different address, you can enter the same one if you still live there. Once done, you can send a new invite and the user should be able to join your play. 

The other members of the plan won't be removed, but they might receive a notification asking them to re-confirm the address. You can just let them know they might need to do that. It won't take them more than 2 minutes to do so.
