Why my sister and my brother can’t join to my family account?

Why my sister and my brother can’t join to my family account?

We have old account but we close it and i made my family account and invite them but they recept a massage said that they can’t join for 12 months

Thanks for reaching out.


You can only switch plans once every 12 months, so if they're getting the error message, it means that they've been part of more than one Premium Family/Duo plan and have switched plans within the last 12 months.
