J'ai un compte family premium, je vois que j'ai 4 personnes sur l'abonnement et qu'il me reste deux places libres. Je vois l'endroit où je dois cliquer pour ajouter une personne mais ca n'ouvre rien, je suis bloqué et je ne sais ajouter personne.

Superuser Contribution When I join the premium family, why does it say 'there was a problem'?

I have the correct address however, it doesn't let me join the premium family and it comes up with the message 'There was a problem. Please try again later'. The options given are 'try again' and 'help'. I have tried everything.

Most tracks cant be played. The player indicates the tracks to be playable (they are white, not gray). Problem started today, mars14:th.

i have a family plan but when one of the users is on it means i can't use
