[Windows Phone - Familly Premium] No music available on wifi/mobile network.

Context
My son is using spotify without any problem on his own account (on the same familly premium plan) with both his computer and his android smartphone.
I'm using spotify on my own account with my Windows 10 computer without any problem.
The problem only appears on my mobile phone.

Free (wifi/cable) for both my computer and my phone.
Issue
When I try to use browse tab it says "sorry, nothing here" and I can't see any of the suggested tracks/playlists.
When I try to use search tab the searching process never ends (it never find anything).
I can still listen to my library synchronized music (offline) and the synchronization works well.
This happens even whenever I'm connected by wifi/mobile network and, of course, I did not activated the application's offline setting.
