My Question or Issue

 I cancelled my Family premium subscription from my credit card then i tried to subscribe again using my savings/debit account while processing it failed. So I tried to use again my credit card but my spotify account wont accept it anymore. When I tried to use my friend's spotify account and my credit card it works.

Hey @_e-e0lt72o2tb,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I already did, also I tried in my other spotify account my payment also failed.

Holy mind blown 🤯   that actually worked going to the incognito tab I have no idea why but thank you so much I was literally so frustrated for so long I did not understand it. I was getting close to opening a brand new account and spending the long long hours in days getting my thousands of songs onto the new account. Extremely grateful 🙏🏼
