Wrong address message

Wrong address message

Good evening,

I just created an account with my sister. Both my nephew and niece had no trouble accessing it, but I keep getting a message saying "your addresses didn't match". They did match, because I was the one setting it up. 

Am I missing any step here? I can't imagine what, but maybe... my son gets the same message.

My Question or Issue:

I'm trying to add my husband to my premium account and it keeps telling me we have the wrong address.  I've had the same address and account for years and haven't moved. I'm not sure what else to do to have him added to my account.

I've checked everything thing in my settings and nothing seems to work

 

 

Can't get access for the other member on our Duo plan. I tried updating the address, have entered it exactly as it is on the primary account and can't get them access. Please help!
