We have availed the 9 pesos for 3 months promo using the credit card (2 accounts). Then the credit card company called us saying that the spotify charged us 129, they told us spotify reversed the charge from 9 pesos to 129 pesos. Is that normal? What can we do so that would just have to

pay the 9 pesos promo because that’s what we availed in the first place. We are very sure we didn’t do any mistake in avaialing the promo.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Right now, you can only get this promotion once per payment method. Since you purchased it for one account first using the card, you need to use a different payment method for the second account.

 

In this case, you can cancel the subscription you didn't mean to purchase.
