Wrong postal code in Family

Wrong postal code in Family

 

Hi,

I was invited by my sister to Spotify Family, joined in and all went well for couple weeks. Then I received an email to verify my postal code and I filled it in, but there must have been some typo in it because I was kicked out of my Family in few days. She sent me the invitation again, I entered all details 100% correctly but now Spotify is telling my that I cannot join my Family for some reason.

Could you please advice why is that and what can I do about it?

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

 

Please be adviced all members of family premium should be listed under the same exact adress.

Have your family premium admin check you're all listed correctly.

Sometimes small details change can cause this issue.
