Hello, my problem is that my uncle forgot to renew the family premium so it was canceled and I renewed it again but when I joined again I got this problem, You cannot join this plan You can join someone else's Premium plan only once every 12 months. So I would like you to help me join the family premium, thank you.

In that case, your uncle likely used a different account to start a new Premium Family plan. 🙂 If he starts one from the account he used previously, you should be able to join again.

Alright, so I've double checked my info on this and unfortunately, you can only switch plans once every 12 months. So the error message you're seeing is correct.

If you don't want to wait 12 months, you could get a subscription at https://spotify.com/premium.

Minha namorada me botou no plano familiar durante td esses meses, mas derrpente o plano acabou mas dps ela pagou o plano e permaneceu, mas quando ela mandou o link dele ele estava falando que só posso mudar de plano dps de 12 meses mas eu sempre estive nesse plano nunca mudei
