a family member's Amazon Echo Dot is stuck to my account

See subject... I've tried over and over again to decouple my login from a family member's Echo Dot, to "Forget this device." It keeps appearing and then either my music stops playing and switches to her Echo Dot, or her music cuts into whatever I'm listening to on my phone. I've tried deleting the device from both her and my phones, clearing my cache, even reinstalling on my phone.
