Basically I live in Venezuela and there is not an Specific address were I can put my current home so as following the instructions I put the closest or nearest place I could find on the search bar but when soomeone in my family (which they live with me) try to enter it says "you do not live on the same country" which is not true. How can I fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

That specific error message doesn't have anything to do with the address that's being entered. 🙂 It simply means that the country setting of the member that's trying to join your plan doesn't match with your account's country setting.

 

You can both check your country setting at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.
